Good Practices

There is an important new publication from Cedefop (European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training) on ageing called ‘Working and ageing: Guidance and counselling for mature learners’.

In the book are chapters from four of the project partners: Graham Smith presents a case study called “Realising the potential of older workers in Scotland”; Antonia Ypsilanti and Ana Vivas’ chapter is called “Cognitive ageing in older workers and its impact on lifelong learning”; and in the chapter “Intergenerational learning in organisations – A research framework” Don Ropes presents – among other things – parts of project SILVER.
